Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Analyst (E- Commerce Domain) in Chennai. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring that solutions meet business needs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting workshops, analyzing data, identifying gaps in business processes, and developing plans to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
• Proficiency in defining and documenting Business Processes and Business Requirements
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in the financial services sector is a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
