SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT

As a Senior Business Analyst with experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), your role will be crucial in delivering technology solutions within the General Counsel (GC) Portfolio of the Central Technology team. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Liaising directly with Senior Business Stakeholders from the General Counsel function to define project requirements and solutions, influencing stakeholder decisions at senior levels. - Providing trusted advice by building relationships across portfolios and facilitating business & system workshops for stakeholders and users at all levels. - Collaborating in an agile approach with solution architects, vendors, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements. - Preparing professional Business Analysis documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing documentation. - Conducting detailed process analysis and documentation using tools like Visio and process design templates. - Producing and managing plans and timelines associated with program analysis using MS Project. - Supporting the production and distribution of project documentation, including status reports. - Acting as the domain expert during delivery to assist the wider delivery team in decision-making processes. In terms of qualifications and experience, you should possess: Essential Skills: - B.E./B.Tech/MBA/M.C.A or any other Bachelor's Degree. - At least 4-6 years of Total IT Experience. - Strong Knowledge and Experience of ERM, Compliance, Audit, Legal, Tax, and BCP functions in the financial industry. - Understanding of ERM systems and experience in defining and capturing requirements from the Business. - Proficiency in agile methodologies and good domain understanding of ERM, Compliance, and Governance. - Readiness to tackle challenges for successful project completion and excellent communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach. - Prior experience in coding/configuration of a system and working with multi-cultural teams. - Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills. Good to have Skills: - Experience working on any ERM Platform. - Understanding of SQL queries and databases, exposure to data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. - Prior development/support experience. Behavioral Skills: - Strong team player with the ability to work at a strategic and tactical level. - Willingness to work in different time zones if required and initiative in staying updated with industry practices and emerging technologies. - Self-motivation, commitment to high-quality design and development, and flexibility in adapting to change. - Problem-solving skills with the ability to think laterally and learn quickly in a complex business and technology environment.
