Location - Ahmedabad Role expectations In this role, you will be involved in: - Potential absorption into the clinical or sales division based on performance. - Work timings from 8:30 AM to 8 PM with a 6-day working schedule (Monday to Saturday). - Carrying instruments weighing up to 25 kgs. Your essential duties will include: Deliver Results - Collaborating with assigned accounts and internal teams. - Providing regular reports to the Manager, including customer feedback on a daily basis. - Working closely with the sales team to cultivate a high-performance team in India. Drive the Best Outcomes - Acquiring and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the company's product, iTero. - Conducting training in product knowledge, selling skills, territory management, and Align Terms and Conditions of Business. - Co-operating with colleagues through observation during co-travel, frequent feedback, and data analysis. - Assessing customer, product, and system knowledge through in-field evaluations. - Offering necessary training and field coaching. - Establishing strong ethical business relationships with customers to enhance product usage and market share. - Staying updated on competitors" activities and providing market intelligence to the Marketing Manager. - Maintaining quality update records, customer product feedback, and other relevant duties for the Indian market. What We're Looking For In this role, you'll need: Technical Qualifications - Proficiency in troubleshooting and qualifying technical issues. - Ability to communicate technical matters clearly with non-technical end-users. - Understanding of and proficiency in troubleshooting MS Windows Operating Systems.
