Roles and ResponsibilitiesWork closely with stakeholders to capture business requirements related to identity, authentication, and access management.
Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications for Azure B2C implementations. Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and security teams to design custom user journeys, policies, and claims transformations. Analyze and recommend improvements to existing CIAM flows (e.g., registration, login, MFA, password reset). Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards in identity solutions. Facilitate workshops, demos, and UAT sessions with business stakeholders. Act as the liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery. Maintain detailed documentation of requirements, process flows, and system configurations.
