Responsibilities Description The Salesforce Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in enhancing business processes and driving automation improvements using Salesforce technologies. This position requires an individual who excels in gathering requirements from internal stakeholders and transforming them into actionable solutions. Your day-to-day job will consist of: Automation and Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline business processes through Salesforce automation and implement enhancements to improve efficiency. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, define project scope, and translate requirements into clear, actionable solutions. Journey Orchestrator: Design, implement, and run customer facing communication campaigns Dashboard and Reporting: Create and maintain Gainsight dashboards and reports to provide visibility into customer success metrics and team performance. Own stakeholder communications, updates, and change management overall. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of relevant and related work experience. Bachelor s degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience. Additional experience may be substitute for an advanced Degree. Proven experience in Salesforce/gainsight upgrades or greenfield deployments, with a track record of successful project delivery. Technical Skills: Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration capabilities Dashboard and Reporting Adoption Explorer (Gainsight PX integration) Rules & Rules Engine End user troubleshooting Preferred Qualifications (These are NICE to haves.
