Confidence, fluency in communication, and a strategic mindset are essential qualities for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Brand Strategy Development:** - Understand business requirements for projects. - Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance market position and appeal to target audiences. - Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and customer needs, shaping brand strategy accordingly. - **Content Strategy & Creation:** - Lead the development of content strategies across digital and offline platforms, aligning with overall brand objectives. - Create, curate, and manage high-quality content, including blog posts, case studies, social media posts, videos, etc. - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce compelling and relevant content. - **Campaign Management:** - Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. - **Social Media Strategy:** - Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and community engagement. - Manage social media accounts, including content planning, publishing, and community interaction. - Track and report on social media performance metrics to gauge effectiveness. - **Brand Messaging & Positioning:** - Develop and refine the brand voice, ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels. - Create messaging frameworks that communicate the company's value proposition and unique differentiators. - **Executive Reporting to Management: Analytics & Reporting:** - Monitor and evaluate the success of branding and content initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs). - Provide regular performance reports to senior management, adjusting strategies to meet business goals. **Required Skill Sets:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. - 10-12 years of experience in brand strategy, content creation, and digital marketing, preferably in the IT or technology sector. - Ability to lead a team of minimum ten members and strong client communication skills. - Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, social media management, basics of SEO and SEM, and marketing strategies. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. - Strategic and creative thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making. - Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in the IT industry.
