Role: Senior Marketing Manager

This role is perfect for someone who loves leading teams, building processes, and staying hands-on with modern marketing tools.

You’ll own our brand narrative, streamline marketing ops, build high-performance systems, and drive campaigns that move the needle.

What You’ll Lead

• Head the marketing team across

  content, communication, design, and brand

• Build seamless

  automation workflows

  and optimize campaign execution.
• Create powerful

  performance dashboards

  using GA4, attribution tools, and funnel analytics.
• Elevate Classplus’

  brand visibility and online reputation

  across digital platforms.
• Lead our shift toward

  AI-first marketing

  using Zapier, Make, ChatGPT, and more.
• Work closely with product, design, and sales to align on growth-driven initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years of marketing experience, ideally in fast-paced startups or SaaS.
• Proven experience in

  team leadership

  and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of

  marketing metrics, funnels, and automation systems

  .
• Hands-on proficiency with

  GA4, Zapier, Notion, and AI marketing tools

  .
• Someone who can balance strategic thinking with execution excellence.
