Who We’re Looking For

Someone who can own the brand across digital marketing, social media, community, customer experience, and sales enablement. This is a leadership role where you’ll drive brand voice, identity, and growth.

Brand & Content Leadership

- Build and manage the social & content calendar.

- Identify and adapt relevant trends with a premium aesthetic.

- Collaborate with designers and photographers for high-quality shoots.

- Ensure consistent brand tone and visual quality.

Growth, Sales & Platform Execution

- Manage marketplace listings and product visibility.

- Execute campaigns, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.

- Track analytics and optimize performance.

Community & Experience

- Act as the brand voice in all communication.

- Handle DMs, chats, and email inquiries with professionalism.

- Build and nurture long-term brand loyalty.

On-Ground Brand Life

- Assist in curating and executing private events and brand meet-ups.

Who You Are

- 3–7 years of experience in digital/brand/community roles.

- Strong understanding of premium consumer branding.

- Independent, proactive, fast-moving, and strategic.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Compensation

₹25,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience, with performance-based growth potential.
