About the Role

Senior Brand Manager Influencer Marketing

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Account Ownership

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brand accounts.
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with brand managers and decision-makers.
  • Understand brand objectives, tone, audience, and marketing KPIs thoroughly.
  • Ensure seamless communication between the client and internal teams.

2. Client Retention & Growth

  • Ensure high client satisfaction by consistently delivering strong results and value-added insights.
  • Identify opportunities to scale accounts through additional campaigns, platform expansions, or multi-month retainers.
  • Present quarterly/bi-monthly business reviews (QBRs) highlighting performance, insights, and recommendations.
  • Drive revenue growth from existing accounts through consultative selling.

3. Strategic Planning & Consultation

  • Work with the strategy/planning team to develop insight-led influencer marketing strategies for ongoing clients.
  • Provide clients with data-driven recommendations for influencer mixes, content formats, campaign structures, and platform choices.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of category trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to guide brand strategy.

4. Campaign Coordination & Execution Oversight

  • Collaborate with the Campaign Management and Creator Management teams to ensure campaigns are delivered exactly as pitched.
  • Review influencer shortlists, content plans, scripts, and creatives before sharing with clients.
  • Ensure timelines, deliverables, brand guidelines, and campaign KPIs are met.
  • Troubleshoot issues during execution and provide proactive solutions.

5. Reporting & Analytics

  • Oversee campaign reports, performance insights, and analytics before presenting them to clients.
  • Convert performance data into strategic insights for future campaigns.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of client conversations, feedback, and account status.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Planning, Pricing, Operations, and Influencer teams to deliver a cohesive client experience.
  • Ensure the internal teams fully understand brand expectations and KPIs for every campaign.
  • Conduct internal review meetings to make sure accounts are on track.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-6 years of experience in influencer marketing account management or strategy.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, creators, and content trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple large accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
  • High ownership, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
