Senior Biomedical Engineer

As a Biomedical Team Lead, your role will involve leading and supervising the biomedical team across India. You will be responsible for handling and tracking all service calls to ensure timely resolution. Additionally, you will oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment both on-site and in-office. Your key responsibilities will include conducting training sessions for team members on new products, supporting the sales team during product demos, and maintaining and servicing demo units in the office. You will also be required to manage and update warranty, AMC, and CAMC records, as well as interact with customer biomedical teams to ensure satisfaction and understand future needs. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the service center and ensuring smooth operations. Qualifications Required: - Diploma (Preferred) Experience Required: - 8 years in the Medical Equipment Industry - 8 years as a Biomedical Engineer Please note that this is a full-time position and the work location is in person.,
