Senior Billing Engineer (civil)

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Subcontractor Billing:

• Prepare, submit, and follow up on running and final bills as per contract terms.
• Verify subcontractor bills based on work done at the site and agreed rates.
• Prepare and maintain reconciliation statements between client and subcontractor bills.

Quantity Estimation & BOQ Analysis:

• Study drawings, specifications, and BOQ for preparing accurate quantity take-offs.
• Monitor work progress and update billing quantities accordingly.
• Coordinate with planning and site execution teams for physical verification of work.

Documentation & Coordination:

• Ensure proper documentation, including measurement books (MBs), RA bills, and deviation statements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments (execution, procurement, planning).
• Handle escalation of billing issues and provide resolution support.

Cost Control & MIS Reporting:

• Track and report on billing status, cash flow, and project cost vs. billed values.
• Prepare monthly billing MIS, reconciliation reports, and variation/extra item claims.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
