Project Manager civil

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of civil construction projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Prepare project schedules and budgets; track progress and control costs to meet deadlines and financial targets.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Resolve conflicts and issues that may arise during the construction process.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and labor in coordination with procurement and logistics teams.
• Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication between all parties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or PMP certification is an advantage.
• Minimum of [5–10] years of experience in civil construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
