Senior Bids and Billing Coordinator

As a Senior Bids and Billing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and submission of winning bid responses. Working closely with the Bids team, internal experts, and contractors, you will ensure that all necessary information is gathered and presented effectively. Your responsibilities will include soliciting management reviews and approvals during proposal development, monitoring the monthly billing queue, and proactively updating projects within the billing system. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal teams to generate invoices that adhere to client, vendor, and audit standards. Organizing documents, accurately entering information into spreadsheets and internal billing tools, and collaborating with various departments are also key aspects of your role. The ideal candidate for this position will be detail-oriented, possess a working knowledge of computer skills, including Excel and FileMaker Pro, and have experience with exchange rates. While bid/proposal experience and finance/billing experience are advantageous, they are not mandatory. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with great interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities.
