Job Summary- We are seeking an experienced Tableau Developer with 5-7 years of expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, business intelligence, and a proven track record of delivering impactful data visualizations and reports. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and transform data into meaningful insights.
Job Responsibilities-
Technology Leadership – Lead guide the team independently or with little support to design, implement deliver complex reporting and BI project assignments. Technical portfolio – Expertise in a range of BI and hosting technologies like the AWS stack, Azure & Snowflake. He/she can work on multiple project streams for a client and apply pharma domain knowledge for better business decision making especially around Cloud Data Warehouse. Person will be responsible to design and implement enterprise grade BI solutions on cloud platforms. Understand business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights Building Tableau Data Models, reports using charts, slicers, pivots and custom visuals Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models Experience in creating business level data sets for interactive Reports & Dashboards Ability to write Complex calculations, table calculations, hierarchies and drill down visualizations using Tableau. Strong in RDBMS/SQL Server and handling complex queries
Project Management – Get accurate briefs from the Client and translate into tasks for team members with priorities and timeline plans. Must maintain high standards of quality and thoroughness. Should be able to monitor accuracy and quality of others' work. Ability to think in advance about potential risks and mitigation plans. Logical Thinking – Able to think analytically, use a systematic and logical approach to analyze data, problems, and situations. Must be able to guide team members in analysis.
Handle Client Relationship – Manage client relationship and client expectations independently. Should be able to deliver results back to the Client independently. Should have excellent communication skills. Job Requirements-
Rich experience in the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences Domain. Participate in establishing processes and best practices around development standards, version control, quality control, deployment, maintenance and change management Establish standards and best practices for dashboards and related technologies for the project Perform detailed data analysis (i.e. determine the structure, content, and quality of the data through examination of source systems and data samples) Complex calculations, table calculations, hierarchies and drill down visualizations using Tableau. (Table Calculations, Hide Columns, Creating/Using Parameter, Totals) and Formatting (Annotations, Layout Containers, Mark Labels, Rich Text Formatting, Shared Encoding) using Tableau Desktop. Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail. Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings.

Skills: -
5+ years of overall BI tool experience and hands on experience in end-to-end Tableau solutioning. 3+ years of enterprise experience in Design and Development of reporting and data visualization using Tableau Design and create data visualizations (reports and dashboards) as required to support user stories, including UI/visualization aspects Proven knowledge of working with various Tableau Desktop functionalities & capabilities (Filters, Hierarchies, Sorting, Sets, Parameters, Custom Groups, Creating Story, Mapping, Custom Geocoding, etc. Installing and configuring Tableau Server Tableau 10 and above versions. Also experience in upgrading old versions to 2019 Version is good to have. Experience with the preparation of data for visualization (e.g., data profiling, data cleansing, volume assessment and partitioning, modelling data, etc.). Have good experience on different migration types for multiple Projects. Have good experience on multi-Tenant environment and maintain ALCs for user and user groups. Experience using advanced calculations using Tableau Desktop (Aggregate, Date, Logical, String, Table, LOD Expressions Experience working with relational data sources (like Oracle / SQL Server) and flat files. Good experience with cloud-based data sources (e.g., AWS, Google, Azure). Some experience and ability to learn how to work with unstructured data sources (e.g., Hadoop). Proven experience in estimating work and break down implementations into tangible modules. Good to have some experience in embedded analytics (i.e., embedding visual data analytics in other transactional and operational systems). Experience in setting up and configuring Tableau Server from scratch and in implementing row-level security in Enterprise level projects Experience in User License management, Incident, problem and service outage management Experience in Self-service reporting and Ask Data features Experience setting up SSO 2+ years of Pharma knowledge is must have. Tableau Desktop and Server Professional certified preferred Knowledge of Tableau cloud, Einstein and Tableau Pulse will be preferred
