Senior Bartender

3-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality & Business Administration.

3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.

• Bar Operations Management

Supervise day-to-day operations of the bar.

Ensure the bar is fully stocked and organized before each shift.

Oversee opening and closing procedures.

Monitor bar cleanliness and hygiene standards (including bar counters, glassware, tools).

• Staff Supervision & Training

Lead, train, and mentor junior bartenders and barbacks.

Schedule shifts and assign duties to staff.

Monitor performance and provide feedback or coaching.

Ensure staff follow service standards and safety regulations.

• Customer Service Excellence

Greet and engage customers warmly.

Ensure high-quality, consistent beverage preparation.

Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally.

Encourage up selling of premium drinks and specials.

• Inventory & Stock Control

Manage inventory of beverages, garnishes, and bar tools.

Conduct regular stock checks and place orders with suppliers.

Minimize wastage and breakage by proper stock rotation.

Maintain records of consumption and restocking.

• Beverage Quality & Menu Development

Maintain consistency in drink quality and presentation.

Suggest new cocktails and help design/update the bar menu.

Stay updated on latest beverage trends and techniques.

Ensure proper recipe standards and portion controls.

• Licensing & Compliance

Ensure all legal alcohol serving regulations are followed.

Verify age of customers before serving alcoholic beverages.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per health standards.

Ensure bar equipment is in good working condition.

• Coordination with Management

Report daily operations, challenges, and improvements to management.

Collaborate with kitchen, restaurant, and event teams.

Help plan and execute special events or promotions.

Participate in meetings and provide input for bar-related decisions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
