Senior Backend Engineer


🔧

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Architect and build scalable backend services using

    Node.js

    and

    TypeScript

  • Develop high-performance REST and GraphQL APIs
  • Work with

    PostgreSQL

    ,

    MySQL

    , and ORMs like

    Prisma

    or

    TypeORM

  • Own the end-to-end development lifecycle: planning, coding, testing, deployment
  • Follow Agile methodologies, lead code reviews, and mentor junior engineers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship high-quality features

Who You Are:

  • 4+ years of backend experience with Node.js and TypeScript
  • Hands-on experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL
  • Solid understanding of system design, database modeling, and data integrity
  • Passion for clean, scalable code and engineering best practices
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, startup mindset
  • Bonus: Familiarity with CI/CD, other backend languages, or open-source contributions
