Senior Backend Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer with a strong command of Django, Python, MySQL, and MongoDB. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and deploying live, scalable websites (minimum 2–3 projects), with proven expertise in performance optimization and caching techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Django and Python.
• Build, optimize, and maintain RESTful APIs for smooth front-end integration.
• Design and manage schemas in MySQL and MongoDB with query optimization.
• Implement caching strategies (Redis, Memcached, Django caching frameworks) to enhance performance.
• Ensure security, scalability, and high availability of applications.
• Collaborate with product managers and front-end teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Debug, monitor, and optimize application performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with proper testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python, Django, and OOPS concepts.
• 2–4 years of backend development experience with 2–3 live projects deployed.
• Solid knowledge of MySQL and MongoDB (schema design, indexing, optimization).
• Experience with caching (Redis, Memcached, or Django caching frameworks).
• Understanding of REST API best practices, application scalability, and security.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to background job processing and distributed systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
