Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites for web, API, and mobile platforms.

Collaborate closely with developers, DevOps, and product teams to embed testing into every phase of the CI/CD pipeline.

Implement Dockerized test environments, ensuring smooth integration and parallel execution.

Analyze logs, traces, and metrics to identify and troubleshoot issues in distributed systems.

Work with observability tools (Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus, ELK, CloudWatch) to monitor and improve system reliability.

Leverage AI-powered tools (Cursor, Claude, etc.) to accelerate test design and automation efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

✅ 5+ years of experience as an Automation QA Engineer or SDET

✅ Advanced Python programming skills with OOP and design patterns

✅ Strong hands-on with pytest, unittest, and custom framework development

✅ Experience with Selenium WebDriver, Appium, Playwright, or Cypress

✅ Proven experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, TeamCity)

✅ Solid understanding of Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes

✅ Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, and high-load distributed systems

✅ Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure environments

✅ Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills

Good to Have

Experience with multiple programming languages (JavaScript, Kotlin, Java, Go)

Familiarity with performance testing and security validation tools

Prior experience in networking or cybersecurity product testing
