Audit Coordination: Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely and efficient

completion of audit processes, providing necessary documentation and support.

Audit Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of financial and

operational audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Financial Statement Analysis: Analyze financial statements and related data to identify

discrepancies, trends, and areas for improvement.

Internal Controls Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and provide

recommendations for improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure the organization adheres to all relevant laws, regulations,

and industry standards, and provide updates to external auditors.

• Process Improvement: Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for audit

processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency.

• Collaboration with Departments: Work closely with various departments to address audit

findings, implement corrective actions, and improve overall internal controls.

• Risk Management: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential areas of
