Development and customization Develop and implement CRM solutions through customization, configuration, and custom development using tools like plugins and workflows
Technical support Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide support to endusers, and manage incident tickets
Integration Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems using services like Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, and API development
Requirements gathering Collaborate with business analysts to gather and document technical and functional requirements
System management Ensure system performance and optimization, manage security roles, and perform data migration and deployment activities
Documentation Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents and training materials
Required technical skills
Core CRM Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, etc)
Programming languages Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and SQL
Power Platform Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Modeldriven), Power Automate, and Power Pages/Portals
Web services and APIs Experience with web services, Web APIs, and integrations (eg Postman)
Azure Experience with Azure services like Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines is often required or preferred
