About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ticketing queues in

  GDS platforms (Sabre/Amadeus)

  , including ticket fulfillment, processing

  ADMs, ARCs, and BSPs

  .
• Perform

  data quality checks

  and handle

  invoicing activities

  using multiple tools and platforms.
• Communicate with global vendors (

  Airlines, Hotels, Car Rental Companies

  ) via

  emails and outbound calls

  to resolve queries and ensure service accuracy.
• Meet and exceed

  KPIs/SLAs

  defined for the travel operations process.
• Embrace a

  24/7 work environment

  with flexibility to work

  night shifts, weekends, and holidays

  .

What You Bring:

• 6 months to 3 years

  of experience in a travel process, preferably within a

  BPO/KPO setup or Corporate Travel

  environment.
• Hands-on experience with

  GDS systems – Sabre and/or Amadeus

  is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written

  English communication skills

  , with strong grammar and the ability to grasp diverse accents and professional nuances.
• Strong

  listening and comprehension

  abilities.
• A flexible and positive mindset to work in a

  rotational shift setup

  .

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate or Graduate

  degree in any stream.
