Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate/ Assistant Manager based in West Bengal, India. The Senior Associate / Asssistant Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, developing strategic marketing plans, liaising with clients and partners, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Tasks will include coordinating with cruise line representatives, handling customer queries, and implementing marketing campaigns to drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Strong operational and customer service skills
• Experience in marketing and sales strategies of atleast 4 years
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage projects
• Relevant experience in the travel or cruise industry is a plus in Kolkata . Should have knoweldge of Travel Agents / PCO of Kolkata .
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
