Senior Associate Technology L1_B2B Commerce Cloud

As a Salesforce Associate at our company, you will be an integral part of a highly skilled capability group, collaborating with clients from diverse industry verticals to develop top-tier software products and services through configuration and customization. Your role will require exceptional verbal and communication skills to effectively present and communicate technical designs and solutions to colleagues and interact clearly with clients and project teams. You will also need strong written skills for creating solution documentation for both technical and non-technical materials. Working with minimal supervision, meeting deadlines, and having a background in the force.com platform and deployment experience in an outsourced service environment are essential for this role. Your Impact will be significant as you demonstrate expertise in business requirement gathering, analysis, and conceptualizing high-level architectural frameworks and designs. You will be involved in conceptualizing end-to-end integration projects, understanding authentication mechanisms, designing data flows, and working with ETL or data loader tools. Your experience in architecting large-scale applications, solution architecting, and estimation processes will be key. Strong consulting, communication, presentation, and analytical skills will be crucial, along with active participation in thought leadership and best practices development. You will drive end-to-end project design and development while collaborating closely with global clients. In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with 4 to 6 years of development experience in SFDC and B2B Commerce cloud. You should have hands-on experience in Salesforce application development, including VF, Apex Triggers, and Asynchronous Apex, as well as a solid understanding of the Lightning framework. Experience with B2B Commerce, REST & SOAP APIs, Governor limits, continuous integration, version control systems like Git, and large-scale application architecture is required. Along with Salesforce certification, knowledge of Heroku, Angular.js, Salesforce Einstein, Salesforce CPQ, and CloudCraze B2B will set you apart. Incident and problem management skills, coaching abilities, and a proactive, self-learning approach are highly valued.
