Tavasya Legal has an opening for a Senior Associate with 5+ years of experience.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate located in Noida. The Senior Associate will be responsible for managing day-to-day legal activities including drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing legal advice and support to clients, representing clients in court proceedings, and conducting legal research. The role also involves collaborating with different practice groups to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents, legal research, and providing legal advice

Experience with court proceedings, client representation, and case management

Strong understanding of Real Estate Advisory & Corporate Transaction Advisory.

Knowledge of White Collar Crime Advisory, Negotiable Instruments, Consumer Protection, RERA

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Experience in dealing with clients from diverse industries is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) is required; an advanced degree (LLM) or certifications in related fields will be an advantage.

Experience:

5-10 years of relevant experience.
