Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Hurun India’s strategic partnerships and revenue ecosystem:
· Develop and grow partnerships through corporate sponsorships and brand collaborations for Hurun reports and marquee events
· Identify high-value leads through research and relationship-building
· Pitch innovative solutions aligned with client goals and close deals efficiently
· Track, report, and optimize results to achieve and exceed revenue targets
· Work closely with internal teams to deliver value-driven partnerships and seamless execution
· Travel as needed to drive business opportunities and deepen industry connections
Who We’re Looking For
· 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sponsorship Sales, Media, Events, or related domains
· A strong communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
· Energetic, motivated, and target-driven with a passion for building strong commercial relationships
· Ability to think strategically, backed by an entrepreneurial “go-getter” mindset
· Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a high-growth environment
· Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel) with the ability to create compelling presentations and reports
Education
While attitude and performance matter most, strong academic credentials are preferred as they often reflect a drive for excellence.
Immediate Goals
Within your first 90 days, you’ll be expected to:
· Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
· Drive sponsorship conversations to closure
· Develop key market insights and support strategic growth plans
· Deliver consistent progress tracking through weekly and monthly reporting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹44,823.35 - ₹70,500.16 per month
