Qualifications Required for the Role:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably 18-24 months in college counselling team especially for colleges with BTech , BBA and Paramedical Programs.
• Any Bachelor's degree but ideally BTech in any discipline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using technology for sales-related activities will be a plus.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented individual.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language (both written and spoken)

Key Responsibility Areas

• Engage with prospective students and their parents to understand their educational goals, challenges, and requirements
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings, emphasizing the benefits of our platform and its features.
• Counselling will be done in both modes; Face to face with walk-ins and via calling assigned leads
• 100% achievement of monthly assigned calling and admission targets.

Student Support

• Understand and address student queries and challenges being faced post admission
• Manage detailed records of aforementioned queries and coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure timely resolution

Fee Collection

• Calling and following up with students for fee collection as per guidelines shared by central team
• Ensuring timely and accurate communication with students/parents regarding their fees dues and relevant information
