Job Description

Job Title: Senior Associate, Procurement

Role: The role involves handling purchase orders, vendor coordination, documents, payments, and ensuring smooth delivery of materials/services across sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on open Purchase Orders & Work Orders with Accounts and vendors, including payment coordination.

• Manage documentation such as VRF, vendor compliances and support in contract finalisation with necessary internal approvals.

• Coordinate with vendors and site teams for delivery confirmations and resolve issues related to shortages, damages, returns or escalations.

• Maintain and update the AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) tracker. • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of procurement process and vendor coordination.

• Good communication and follow-up skills.

• Ability to work with internal teams and external vendors.
