We are looking for an experienced Export Marketing Executive to drive international business development for our pharmaceutical formulations division. The role involves in-house marketing and coordination with overseas clients, distributors, and agents — primarily across non-regulated markets in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and CIS regions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new international business opportunities for pharmaceutical formulations. Manage communication with overseas clients, distributors, and trade partners to generate and sustain export orders. Prepare and share product dossiers, quotations, and regulatory documents as required. Coordinate with internal teams — production, logistics, regulatory, and documentation — to ensure timely order execution. Conduct market research to identify demand trends, competitor activities, and potential new territories. Participate in international trade exhibitions and assist in marketing collaterals, presentations, and proposals. Ensure compliance with export documentation, commercial terms, and company policies. Maintain and update client records, sales reports, and forecasts. Desired Profile: Graduate / Postgraduate in Pharmacy, Science, or Business (MBA in International Business preferred). 3–10 years of experience in export marketing of pharmaceutical formulations (tablets, capsules, injectables, etc.). Strong knowledge of international trade practices, INCOTERMS, and export documentation. Good understanding of non-regulated markets and distributor networks. Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
