For more information, visit www.acuitykp.com Job Purpose: We are looking for dedicated and motivated individuals with strong leadership, organisational and teamwork skills for its Private Equity and Private Credit financial modelling team based in Gurgaon. Responsibilities: Perform trading and transaction comparable analyses and financial statements analyses including debt analysis, covenant monitoring, cash flow conversion, capital structure, etc Creating portfolio monitoring templates for iLevel / Alluve platforms Updating monthly / quarterly financials on a recurring basis Interact with senior professionals at private equity firms and corporations Conduct quality checks of client deliverables Other activities include structuring deliverables/teams and developing efficient processes Demonstrate strength and experience in client/requester relationship building and management and information/knowledge needs assessment. Skills: 2-5 years of experience in Portfolio Monitoring, Covenant Monitoring Chartered Financial Analyst, Chartered Accountant or Master of Business Administration from a top-tier business school.
