Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Associate in Performance Marketing to join our team in Gurgaon. This is a full-time, mid-level position with up to 6 years of required experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in managing Google Ads, a mandatory skill for executing and optimizing online advertising campaigns.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads is mandatory for designing effective ad strategies and reaching target audiences.
  • Media Planning (Mandatory skill) for devising strategies that maximize the reach and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in campaign management to lead and execute marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels efficiently.
  • Strong skills in conversion optimization to enhance user engagement and increase conversion rates effectively.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing and the ability to strategize for optimizing marketing performance.
  • Analytical mind with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights, crucial for performance measurement.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate campaign strategies and outcomes.

  • Manage and optimize media buying and planning for various digital platforms to achieve maximum ROI.
