Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Associate located in South Delhi. The Senior Associate will be responsible for handling complex legal matters, providing strategic advice, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and managing client relationships. The role involves overseeing junior associates, conducting legal research, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Expertise in corporate structuring, mergers & acquisitions, and public-private partnerships
• Experience insolvency, and bankruptcy
• Strong skills in legal drafting and document review
• Proficiency in regulatory compliance and dispute resolution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience in appearing before various courts and tribunals
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; Master's degree or additional qualifications are a plus
• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience in the legal industry
