job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused *Associates/Senior Associates* for an *International Voice Process*. The role involves handling calls with international customers, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions and support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle outbound and inbound calls with international (Australian) customers.

* Communicate clearly to understand customer requirements.

* Provide accurate information about products and services.

* Resolve customer queries efficiently and ensure satisfaction.

* Record and update customer information in the system.

Eligibility Criteria:

*Education: Minimum 12th / PUC

*Experience:Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply

*Language:Excellent English communication skills required

Compensation & Benefits:

* Salary:₹24000 – ₹30000 (plus incentives and goodies)
