Senior Associate - Merger & Acquisition Tax

As a Core M&A Tax professional, your role involves performing research and analysis of transaction tax related laws, including domestic and international tax, corporate laws, SEBI, FEMA, Competition Act, and stamp duty laws. This research will be applied to inbound and outbound deals, corporate reorganizations, securities market aspects, and more.
