Job Description

As a Senior Associate Marketing Specialist at NTT DATA, you will be a developing subject matter expert responsible for supporting the coordination and management of all aspects of marketing. Your role will involve participating in the development of marketing campaigns, targeted programs, internal and external communications, partner marketing, sales content, and pipeline development activities. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns. - Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute marketing activities aligned with business objectives and revenue targets. - Help maintain the marketing activity calendar and supporting information. - Support marketing activity owners in readiness planning to ensure stakeholders understand campaign mechanisms, timing, requirements, and metrics. - Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to track and measure the success of demand generation programs. - Assist in executing programs such as one-on-one campaigns, specific collateral, and sales aids to generate new opportunities and close sales deals. - Deliver content, tools, and materials for internal and external communications. - Participate in sales enablement activities to create alignment between sales, marketing, and key partners. - Coordinate programs that encourage partners to invest in incremental marketing activities or resources. - Support the development of marketing collateral to enable sales and generate interest, including contributing to bid and proposal content. - Perform any other related tasks as required. To thrive in this role, you need to have: - Developing knowledge and understanding of relevant industry standards and best practices for marketing. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to interact effectively with internal team members at different levels. - Good understanding of the features and benefits of the company's products and services. - Developing understanding of database utilization in effective marketing. - Ability to articulate the company's value proposition. - Manage multiple projects within required deadlines. - Awareness of data privacy and compliance in marketing activities. - Developing knowledge of A/B testing principles and tools for optimizing marketing campaigns. - Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and tools for improving website and landing page conversions. Academic Qualifications and Certifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing Management or related field. Required Experience: - Moderate level of experience with a solid background in all aspects of marketing. - Moderate level of work experience as a Marketing Specialist. - Moderate level of experience with marketing service delivery software. - Moderate level of experience with a variety of computer software, hardware, and peripherals, including Microsoft365.
