As the Senior Associate Marketing Specialist at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the coordination and management of various marketing activities. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, internal and external communications, partner marketing, and sales content creation. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure that all marketing activities align with the business objectives and revenue targets. Your role will involve maintaining the marketing activity calendar, supporting information, and readiness planning to ensure stakeholders understand campaign mechanisms, timing, requirements, and metrics. In addition, you will assist in tracking and measuring the success of demand generation programs, executing targeted campaigns, creating sales aids, and delivering content for both internal and external communications. Your role will also involve facilitating sales enablement activities to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and key partners. To excel in this position, you should possess developing knowledge of industry standards and best marketing practices. Strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate with internal team members at various levels, and a good understanding of the company's products and services are essential. You should also be familiar with database utilization in marketing, A/B testing principles, conversion rate optimization, and data privacy compliance. The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing Management or a related field. Additionally, you should have a moderate level of experience in marketing, including working as a Marketing Specialist and using marketing service delivery software.
