The Senior Associate Marketing Specialist is a developing subject matter expert, responsible for supporting the coordination and management of all aspects of marketing.
What you'll be doing
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assistwith the coordination of and the development and execution of marketing campaigns
- Work closely with the Marketing team to help with the development and execution of marketing activities in line with businessobjectivesand revenue targets
- Help with the development and maintenance of the marketing activity calendar and supporting information
- Assistwith ensuring that marketing activities align, overlaps are minimized and that these activities are communicated as outlined by the marketing calendar
- Help the marketing activity owners to perform the readiness planning that ensures that all stakeholders understand the campaign mechanisms, timing,requirementsand metrics
- Assistwith the creation of targeted demand generationprogrammesthat are unique,relevantand executable by the assigned business units within NTT
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders, to help with the tracking and measurement of the success of these demand generationprogrammes
- Assistthe execution ofprogrammessuch as one-on-one campaigns, specific collateral, and other sales aids that generate new opportunities and/or close sales deals.
- Help with the coordination of internal and external communications forums
- Assistwith the coordination, monitoring and management of information load being distributed to marketing and communications teams
- Work with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the delivery of efficient service
- Help with the delivery of content,toolsand materials for internal and external communications.
- Participate in andassistwith the facilitation of sales enablement activities that create alignment between sales,marketingand key partners
- Collaborate with the Sales Enablement teams to ensure that sales enablement components feature prominently in all relevant communications
- Help with ensuring that all marketing activities related to sales enablement are obtained via the existing and recommended or relevant channels
- Help with the creation and co-ordination ofprogrammesthat contribute to partners committing investment for incremental marketing activities or resources in theappropriate areas
- Assistwith the implementation of relationship activities such as increasing executive contact and marketing NTT back to partners
- Support the development of marketing collateral that enable sales and generate interest, including contributing to bid and proposal content
- Help with the development of case studies on key projects, and clients that help drive credibility and interest in NTT services

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- Master's degree or equivalent in Marketing Management
Required Experience:
- Moderatelevel of experience in a product marketing role preferably in the high-tech industry.(Min. 3-4 years)
- At least3-4years of experience in Marketing event management.
- At least3-4yearsof experience with a solid background in all aspects of marketing
- At least4-5yearswork experience as a Marketing Specialist
- Moderate level of experience with marketing service delivery software
- Moderate level of experience with a wide variety of computer software, hardware, and peripherals, including Microsoft365
