Job Description

Should be okay for early morning shifts

Role & responsibilities

Review and establish 2nd to final progress payments for construction loans
Ensure all payments are supported by valid invoices and align with the customers building schedule
Maintain accurate records of approvals and communications
Liaise with customers, builders, and brokers to resolve queries and ensure smooth payment processing

Purpose

To oversee and approve post-settlement activities for construction loan drawdowns, ensuring that progress payments are accurately and efficiently processed for customers building their own homes.
The validation and initiation of progress payments, maintaining compliance with system requirements and supporting customers, builders, and internal stakeholders throughout the construction loan lifecycle

Experience

Experience of 2+ years in financial services or
lending operations
, ideally within construction support or mortgage administration
Understanding of construction lending processes, including file setup, valuations, and broker communications
Effective communication skills for liaising with customers, builders, and offshore teams
