Job Description

What you will do

In this vital role you will drive innovation in a highly integrated Clinical Demand Planning landscape. You will be an integral member of a truly dynamic and exciting Product Team that will implement and own groundbreaking solutions supporting Clinical Supply Chain. Roles & Responsibilities:

Hands-on experience designing, building, integrating, and maintaining complex Anaplan models.
Proficient in developing modules, lists, dashboard (NUX), and implementing data integrations (Data Hub, APIs), as well as using advanced features such as Optimizer, Workflow and PlanIQ.
Perform daily maintenance activities, including user provisioning, ensuring data load accuracy, archiving, and maintaining model calendars.
Work directly with architect and product owner to understand and prioritize application focus and rollout
Independently lead small engagements with key business customers.
Support user enablement and training to achieve self-reliance
Drive continuous improvement in the architecture by finding opportunities for innovation and efficiency .
Maintain SDLC documentation using Agile tools such Confluence.

Basic Qualifications:

Masters/Bachelors degree and 5 to 9 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience.

Functional Skills:

Demonstrable experience implementing at least one Planning solution in Anaplan (preferred).
Demonstrable experience working in multi-functional Agile DevOps teams with ability to adapt to changes.
Possesses strong learning agility and technical know-how - ability to breakdown complex topics issues into actionable plans for team execution. Fosters a culture of innovation.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, including ability to convey complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
Excellent critical and analytical thinking with solid attention to detail .
Experience with Tableau is preferred.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Strong solution design and problem-solving skills .
Strong understanding of technology, function, or platform.
Experience in developing differentiated and deliverable solutions.
Ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into solutions.

Professional Certifications:

Anaplan Level 2 certification.
Anaplan Level 3 certification (preferred).
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for Teams (preferred).
Polaris Training is a plus.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Demonstrated awareness of how to function in a team setting.
Demonstrated awareness of presentation skills.
Strong transformation and organisational change experience.
High degree of initiative and self-motivation
