Basic Information

Position Title - Senior Associate

Position reports to - Assistant/ Associate Director Marketing

Job Purpose

We are looking for a young and energetic, self-driven, highly creative, and experienced graphic designer to conceptualize and execute graphic design requirements for campaigns, events, social media marketing, website, content marketing and digital platforms.

You will work with a diverse set of stakeholders including the marketing and communications team, human resources (HR), employee engagement, CSR and other teams for various branding and graphic design projects and assignments.

Key Skills:

• 4-6 years of proven graphic designing experience working with the marketing, shared services, or experience of working in an agency environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• End-to-end graphic design and UX experience including digital and print
• Expert in using latest graphic design software and technologies such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc.
• Experience and understanding of branding and corporate graphic design requirements  
• Graduate or masters degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web

Key Competencies

• Ensure design assets are created and completed with high quality and on schedule
• Create digital brand assets such as banners, posters, brochures, logos for the Acuity website, social media platforms, events, and internal requirements
• Produce whitepaper, playbook (e-books), survey reports or long form content designs
• Improve our digital presence on social channels, suggest changes, reuse of content, use of new formats such as Instagram etc.  
• Create certificates, recruitment banners, adverts, event assets and infographics
• Act as a brand custodian in safeguarding and usage of brand assets such as logo, color, text, font style, imagery etc
