Senior Associate Financial Planning and Analysis

As a part of Publicis Groupe's backbone, you will be working at Re:Sources, a team of 5,000+ professionals supporting a global network of prestigious advertising, public relations, media, healthcare, and digital marketing agencies. Your role will involve providing essential services and developing innovative platforms to enhance productivity and collaboration within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Collating and analyzing operational data along with related financial data. - Preparing monthly/quarterly financial analysis, variance analysis, and management reports. - Conducting monthly/quarterly closing of books of accounts and preparing Annual Statutory Financial Statements for audit. - Driving the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts. - Generating various financial reports, trackers, and monitoring reports for regional & global analytical purposes on both regular and ad-hoc basis. - Handling billing for services provided globally and ensuring no revenue leakages in the system. - Managing intercompany transactions and ensuring timely resolution of intercompany differences. - Reconciling & monitoring major project streams on revenue and cost take-ups against project plans. - Monitoring capital expenditure and major operating spends against budgets and forecasts. - Providing support for financial and improvement projects. - Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Management. - Managing the provision of accurate, timely information on all aspects of business unit financial performance through the production of regular monthly customer-specific reports. Qualifications Required: - A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. - Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
