Senior Associate Financial Planning and Analysis

As a member of the team at Publicis Groupe's backbone, Re:Sources, your role involves the following responsibilities: - Collating and analyzing operational data along with related financial data. - Preparing monthly/quarterly financial analysis, variance analysis, and management reports. - Conducting the monthly/quarterly closing of books of accounts and preparing Annual Statutory Financial Statements for audit. - Driving the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts. - Creating other financial reports, trackers, and monitoring reports as required for regional and global analytical purposes. Reporting will include both regular and ad-hoc tasks. - Handling billing for services provided globally and ensuring no revenue leakages in the system. - Managing the intercompany transactions and ensuring timely resolution of any intercompany differences. - Reconciling and monitoring major project streams on revenue and cost take-ups against project plans. - Monitoring capital expenditure and major operating spends against budgets and forecasts. - Providing support for financial and improvement projects. - Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Management. - Managing the provision of accurate, timely, and fit-for-purpose information on all aspects of business unit financial performance through the production of regular monthly customer-specific reports.
