1- To coordinate with Supervisor & Head Chef for stock maintenance.
2- To order, receive, store food items and ensure that the food items are ready for delivery to site kitchens.
3- To maintain records regarding Stock & inventory distribution.
4- To monitor the stock & inventory for smooth functioning of department.
5- To supervise and monitor storage collected cash.
6- To maintain freshness of product in store through first in/first Out.
7- To maintain Hygiene in store.
8- To respond to the inquiries from various sources.
9- Any other work assigned by Head Chef/Manager.
