Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Soft Skill Trainer at Orion Educational Society, located in Sambalpur. The Soft Skill Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions on communication skills, teamwork, leadership, time management, and problem-solving. The Trainer will develop training materials, evaluate training programs, and provide feedback to participants. Additionally, the Trainer will work closely with team members to enhance the overall training experience, ensuring that participants develop effective soft skills for their personal and professional growth. Qualifications Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions Proficiency in teamwork, leadership, and time management skills Problem-solving and critical thinking skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with different audiences A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, or a related field Previous experience as a Soft Skill Trainer is a plus Flexibility to adapt training methods to suit various learning styles
