Job Description

Role

  • Work with KGS Advisory Learning Leader to create strategies with emphasis on stakeholder relationships to deploy L&D solutions
  • In collaboration with Managed Services Business stakeholders and Advisory Learning Leader, create and execute Service Line specific partnership strategies for the L&D function.
  • Lead a People Development pillar for specific career level across the firm.
  • Oversee the day-to-day L&D operations and L&D budget utilization across locations and service lines
  • Plan, lead, participate in and deliver on national and global projects with cross-location teams
  • Deliver workshops on topics based on needs that come up from time to time, including leadership, teaming, innovation, change management and any specialized topics across locations
  • Work with key stakeholders, including other centers, service line leaders, operations heads, and peers to identify upcoming needs and lead initiatives aimed at catering to these needs
  • Lead and participate in Global projects to bring best practices and standardization
  • Play a key role in contributing to L&D goal setting and management
  • Set goals and conduct performance appraisal for team members
  • Drive Senior Leadership training initiatives across centers

Responsibilities

Behavioral / team skills
  • Demonstrate expert working knowledge of L&D concepts, theories, and processes
  • Have working knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Possess exceptional and demonstrable presentation and facilitation skills and have experience handling audiences from multiple functions and from entry level to middle and senior management
  • Possess outstanding interpersonal, customer service and relationship building skills

Experience

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience of which at least 7 in the L&D function of a large corporation
  • Experience in managing end to end learning process from design conception to deployment
  • Stand-up facilitation experience of at least 7 years
  • Strong experience in building stakeholder relationships and managing projects
  • Have excellent written and spoken English skills
