Functional Description:
Our Colleague Experience Group (CEG) is the heartbeat of our collaborative, caring and customer-based workplace culture. Inside CEG, The Colleague Services (CS) organization ensures our colleagues have the best services, capabilities, knowledge, and support that the industry has to offer, enabling them in turn to do their best work for our customers. Specifically, the CS organization manages the ecosystem of CEG platforms, applications, third party partners, colleague insights and reporting, and colleague-related risk, compliance, and governance. It s an organizational imperative that we give our colleagues the same flawless experience inside the company that they give externally to our customers. To that end we are looking for an optimistic, tenacious, and adaptable product manager that can help realize this mission.
What You ll Do:
As Senior Associate Product Manager in the Colleague Product & Program Management team, you will be fully engaged in the CEG transformation as we continue to learn and grow into a strong product-based organization. Your products will include Oracle Career and Performance, Learning and Recruiting systems all the capabilities that are crucial elements in driving Career Growth @ Amex. You will work within a cross-functional product team to ensure your products are built and enhanced with an exceptional colleague experience at the forefront; you ll be using colleague insights to inform your strategic roadmaps and key success metrics to measure your team s progress. You will define and prioritize product features, articulate, and deliver requirements, lead customer testing, take new capabilities to market, and evolve the product backlog. And in conjunction with your product team, you will shepherd your products through their entire product lifecycle using product management best practices.
