ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will

• Work closely with Delivery teams and Operations teams for project support setup and maintenance in Workday and Excel
• Maintain communication with Delivery, Finance, and FinOps teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of system data
• Set-up projects at kick-off and effectively communicate outstanding items
• Manage resourcing (core and support teams) at project kick-off and with shifting deadlines
• Support Delivery teams in managing project financials, especially during months end
• Work with Delivery teams to assist with billing schedules and ensure client invoices are processed properly and in a timely manner
• Maintain strong, working product and process knowledge. Quickly master new product functionality and processes in line with evolving business needs
• Document daily, weekly, and monthly tasks that Delivery Ops supports
