Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in design, deployment, and support of CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
• Onboard privileged accounts for platforms including Windows, UNIX/Linux, Mainframe, Databases, AWS/Azure.
• Implement and maintain CyberArk components: PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, PTA, AIM, Conjur.
• Develop and customize connectors, policies, and workflows.
• Manage password rotation policies, session recording, and reporting.
• Monitor and remediate PAM alerts and issues in production.
• Apply best practices for Identity and Access Governance.
• Create system documentation and user guides for CyberArk environments.
• Support audit and compliance reporting using PAM logs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams.
  

Mandatory Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing CyberArk PAM.
• Proficiency in onboarding systems (Windows, Linux/Unix, Databases, Mainframe, Cloud).
• Experience with CyberArk CDE, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, PTA.
• Certified CyberArk Sentry (MANDATORY).
• Strong knowledge of IAM concepts and privileged access workflows.
• Good understanding of IT general controls and audit compliance.
  

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of other PAM tools like BeyondTrust, Thycotic, or Centrify.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation.
• Experience with Identity Governance tools like SailPoint or Saviynt.
• Exposure to DevOps environments and Secret Management tools like HashiCorp Vault.
  

Education & Certification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields.
• CyberArk Sentry Certification (Mandatory). CyberArk CDE/Defender/Guardian is a plus.
