Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with multiple cloud stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document requirements for cloud-based solutions.
Develop business cases for cloud adoption or enhancement, including ROI analysis and risk assessment.
Act as a liaison between IT teams, and cloud service providers to ensure alignment with program objectives.
Conduct Cloud Service reviews, Steering committee meetings, organize Cloud intake process and manage cloud costs and invoices.
Conduct quarterly cloud vendor meetings, track KPI/Metrics aligned to Cloud .
Analyze cloud usage, costs, and performance, and recommend strategies to optimize efficiency and scalability.
Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, requirement specifications, and user stories.
Facilitate communication and change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of cloud initiatives.
