Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with multiple cloud stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document requirements for cloud-based solutions.
• Develop business cases for cloud adoption or enhancement, including ROI analysis and risk assessment.
• Act as a liaison between IT teams, and cloud service providers to ensure alignment with program objectives.

• Conduct Cloud Service reviews, Steering committee meetings, organize Cloud intake process and manage cloud costs and invoices.
• Conduct quarterly cloud vendor meetings, track KPI/Metrics aligned to Cloud .

• Analyze cloud usage, costs, and performance, and recommend strategies to optimize efficiency and scalability.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, requirement specifications, and user stories.
• Facilitate communication and change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of cloud initiatives.
