💡 What You’ll Do

As our Sr. Art Director, you’ll be the creative heartbeat behind our projects—partnering with clients, guiding designers, and crafting brand narratives that resonate across platforms. You'll lead with inspiration, oversee execution, and push boundaries with trend-forward ideation.

🎯 Responsibilities

  • Understand brand briefs inside-out and challenge them with purpose
  • Lead brainstorms with idea-first thinking and bold creative risks
  • Pitch forward-thinking concepts that spark client excitement
  • Explore content formats like AR, motion, reels, and interactive design
  • Mentor junior designers and foster a growth-oriented team culture
  • Oversee creative across print, digital, and social platforms
  • Take full ownership of visual storytelling for assigned brands

🛠 Your Toolkit

  • 6+ years of design experience + 2 years in a leadership/art director role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
  • Strong grasp of typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling
  • Experience across digital and traditional media channels

✨ Bonus Skills

  • Motion graphics, animation, or interactive content
  • Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or UI/UX design
  • Prior multi-brand or agency experience
